Challenge yourself in the great rapids of Ruka-Kuusamo! This tour is safe but fullfilled with excitement and joy! Tour starts from the safari center where you get the equipment for this adventure.<\/p>\n

After that we take about 20 minutes transfer to Juuma together with the guide. Before heading to the raft boats you will get the safety instructions for the rafting so you are fully prepared for this tour.<\/p>\n

There are two choices for your tour:<\/p>\n

Rafting Juuma – Jyr\u00e4v\u00e4<\/strong><\/p>\n

Conquer the 3 biggest and best rapids in Finland (categories II-IV) and after short hike back to the car. Duration about 3 hours with transfers.<\/p>\n

OR
Rafting Juuma – Jelestim\u00e4
<\/strong><\/p>\n

After the biggest rapids there is a short walk passing the the Jyr\u00e4v\u00e4 waterfall where the boats will raft through without passengers. \u00a0After Jyr\u00e4v\u00e4, the rest of the rafting tour is relaxing though the beautiful rocky canyon of the Oulanka National Park. \u00a0During this longer tour you will take a break where you can grill sausages, get a sweet bun and coffee or tea. Duration 6-7 hours including transfers.<\/p>\n

Minimum age for participating is 18 years.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The activities are open departures and program will be done if minimum 4 persons is joining. We will notify you at the latest by 3 p.m. the day before if the program is cancelled.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

  • Confirmation or cancellation will be sent by 3 p.m. the day before\n<\/li>\n
  • In all cancellation\u2019s office fee 50 \u20ac will be withheld\n<\/li>\n
  • 100% cancellation fee if canceled 14 days or less before the tour\n<\/li>\n
  • 50% cancellation fee if canceled within 20-15 days\n<\/li>\n
  • Cancellation free of charge until 21 days before the date of the tour (except 50 \u20ac office fee)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
