Ride through snowy forests with your own team of huskies
Husky Day Tour
At the husky farm you will learn how to drive with the husky sleigh. After the driving lesson you will be taken to your own husky team for an unforgettable ride through the forest.
The ride is about 15-20 kilometres and makes you discover the amazing sceneries of this region. During the safari you get a break with coffee, tea and a snack.
The activities are open departures and program will be done if minimum 4 persons is joining. We will notify you at the latest by 3 p.m. the day before if the program is cancelled.

What’s Included
Activities are guided and include all necessary gear and winter outfit. If you need winter equipments, come to the meeting point Ruka Safaris Safari center 30 min earlier.
Pick-up and Meeting
Pick-up available from central Ruka area from certain pick up points. Details provided upon booking.
Booking & Cancellation
Minimum of 4 participants required for departure
Confirmation or cancellation will be sent by 3 p.m. the day before
In all cancellation’s office fee 50 € will be withheld
100% cancellation fee if canceled 14 days or less before the tour
50% cancellation fee if canceled within 20-15 days
Cancellation free of charge until 21 days before the date of the tour (except 50 € office fee)
