Experience the beauty of hill Valtavaara on a guided hiking trip through the picturesque landscapes.

This 3-4 hour adventure, takes you through serene forests and rolling hills, offering breathtaking views from the top of Valtavaara. Along the trail, we’ll enjoy tasty snacks and refreshing drinks in the peaceful surroundings.

This tour requires good physical condition as the hike is taking place in hill surrounding. Hiking distance about 6 km. ​

The activities are open departures and program will be done if minimum 4 persons is joining. We will notify you at the latest by 3 p.m. the day before if the program is cancelled.

At 20.00  on Tuesday and Friday (from September at 18.00)

Pick-up and Meeting

Pick-up available from central Ruka area from certain pick up points. Details provided upon booking.

Booking & Cancellation

  • Minimum of 4 participants required for departure

  • Confirmation or cancellation will be sent by 3 p.m. the day before

  • In all cancellation’s office fee 50 € will be withheld

  • 100% cancellation fee if canceled 14 days or less before the tour

  • 50% cancellation fee if canceled within 20-15 days

  • Cancellation free of charge until 21 days before the date of the tour (except 50 € office fee)
