Designed by Eeva-Kaisa Jakkila and Jussi Valtakari, the art bridge “Across time” makes Putaansaari a part of the village of Taivalkoski again after it had been undisturbed for a long time. The largest-scale work in the Pohjavirta project of the Northern Ostrobothnia Cultural Fund, the art bridge spans more than 18 metres and it was unveiled in October 2015.
